Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Timed Fitness gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Shapewear and intimate apparel
  • Earbuds and personal audio devices
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Return Fees

  • Return Shipping: A flat rate of $4.90 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns

Example: If you return an item that cost $50, you'll receive a refund of $35.10 ($50 - $4.90 shipping - $10 restocking fee)

Exceptions: Return shipping and restocking fees are waived if the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at timedfitness@timedco.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at timedfitness@timedco.store with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
